All living things must have water to
survive like trees and humans. Whether they get water from a water fountain or
a rain cloud. Without water, your body can’t working propely and water makes up
more than half of your body weight. A person can’t survive for more than few
day without it. Your body need water to do many jobs or activities. For
instance, your blood which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all cells
of your body. Without oxygen, those tiny cells would die and your body would
stop working.
Water is also in lymph is part or
your immune system, which helpyour body to fight off illness. You need water to
digestive juice, urine (pee), and poop. Water in perspiration called sweat.
Water can help your body to function normally. Any fluid you drink will contain
water not just dringking water alone. Many foods contain water like fruit and
vegetable.
Kids need to drink water every day
and when you have extra activities, playing sport or in warm weather you’ll
need more water. Drink water before, during, and after playing. Don’t forget
your water bottle cause you can’t play best when you;re thingking about how
thirsty you are.
When your body doesn’t have enough water can make you
dehydration and sick. So keep that water bottle handy cause it is important not
only fight dehydration, water can be make you refresh and has no calories. If
your pee has ever been very light yellow, your body might have been getting rid
of excess water. When your pee is very dark yellow, it’s holding on to water
and this time to drink more water. Now you must drinking water min 6 glass
water every day and eat lots of foods contains water to help your body to be
normally, wonderful and make you’ll feel great.
